Power Experiment

A Character -usually a Project Character who may also be a Costume Experiment- created solely to try out a new PowerSet or PowerSet Combination. Often due to this fresh nature the SuperHero or SuperVillain may rise like cream to the top of the play list... or sink to the bottom if the PowerSet Combination is... busted for lack of something more positive to say.
